The Lake Caroline Property Owners' Association owns and maintains a Campground facility. The Campground is open during the summer months, May through September. Located on Lake Caroline property but accessed from CCC Road, the Campground is available without charge to association members in good standing and their guests. When the Campground is open, the member must first notify the office of their intent to use of the campground. The key to the cable gate will then be made available from the Security Gate.

The Campground offers:
1) 9 large camper spaces
2) 110/20 amp. electrical hookup- not adequate for air-conditioning requirements
3) restroom facilities for men and women with hot water, paper towels and hand soap
4) individual showers located within the restrooms
5) several picnic tables
6) several trash receptacles
7) a holding tank dumping site

Members who utilize the Campground are responsible for their guests. Members and their guests must take precautions for ensuring that no campfires are made, and that all trash and debris are contained in a proper and responsible manner. The Maintenance Manager and his staff will arrange for trash disposal.
